If you are an INFORMATION CENTRE located you will have the following rights with regard to your Personal Data:

1. Right of access You may request details of your Personal Information that we hold. We will confirm whether we are processing your Personal Information and we will disclose supplementary information including the categories of Personal Information, the sources from which it originated, the purpose and legal basis for the processing, the expected retention period, and the safeguards regarding Personal Information transfers to any other, subject to the limitations set out in applicable statutes, regulations and other laws.
2. Right of correction We will comply with your request to edit and update incorrect Personal Information promptly.
3. Right to be forgotten At your request, we will delete your Personal Information promptly if:
4. it is no longer necessary to retain your Personal Information;
5. you withdraw the consent which formed the basis of your Personal Information processing;
6. you object to the processing of your Personal Information and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for such processing;
7. the Personal Information was processed illegally; or
8. the Personal Information must be deleted for us to comply with our legal obligations.

1. The paid information Centre is not refundable and validity for 3 years. It is board’s duty to evaluate  the performance  of the information centre before renewal.

1. The information Centre is/are not allowed to charge over and above fee as decided.

1. Any admission on the basis of forged/fabricated documents are subject to cancel.

1. The information Centre should take correct contact and email address of the candidate which shall be verify by the information Centre.

1. All the documents should be verified by the information Centre only.

1. All documents be self-attested by the candidate /students before taking the information centre.

1. Faci shall be not responsible in any circumstance for fake /false student identity found if any.
