1. Preamble
The First Aid Council of India (FACI) is committed to maintaining transparency, fairness, and professionalism in its admission and fee management processes. This Refund Policy has been framed after considering the principles of fairness reflected in educational and training sector practices in India, including guidelines issued by regulatory bodies such as UGC and AICTE, while taking into account the unique nature of FACI's skill development, first aid education, diploma, certificate, and training programmes.
All applicants are advised to carefully read this policy before applying for admission to any FACI programme. Submission of an application and payment of fees shall be deemed as acceptance of this Refund Policy.
2. Non-Refundable Registration Fee
The Registration/Admission Processing Fee paid at the time of enrolment is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
The Registration Fee covers administrative expenses including application processing, verification, student registration, record creation, seat reservation, communication, and admission-related services.
3. Refund Schedule
Refund requests shall be considered only through a written application submitted by the candidate.

FACI reserves the right to deduct the actual cost incurred from the refundable amount before processing the refund.

In the event that FACI cancels a programme or batch due to administrative reasons, insufficient enrolment, operational constraints, or any other reason attributable solely to FACI, the candidate shall be entitled to a refund of the course fee paid, after adjustment of any services already availed.

The decision of the First Aid Council of India (FACI) regarding interpretation, implementation, and settlement of refund claims shall be final and binding on all applicants and students.
FACI reserves the right to amend, modify, or revise this policy from time to time without prior notice, and the revised policy shall become effective from the date of publication.
