REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At First Aid Council of India (FACI), we have full confidence in our varied range of services. We leave no stone unturned in providing our esteemed clients fast, reliable and exceptional service guarantee every time in time we do business with them. All the services available at First Hand Holding’s website are carried out for the clients after extensive analysis using a complete scope document.

Our focus is complete student satisfaction. It ensures full understanding of the work and almost no possibilities of any cancellation, reversal or dispute. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine, even after one has initiated the registration payment. However, any refund and change of course cancellation is taken place abiding a set of conditions.

Standard Pricing

First Aid Council of India (FACI) has set a standard pricing policy for various services and client of every category can opt for a service according to their business module. The basic pricing structure provided on the Website/Emails is base prices. The prices are subject to change with respect to territorial jurisdiction of a state, kind and number of services availed by the client. We reserve the right to change the prices as quoted on our website at any given point of time but this will not affect contracts that have previously come into force. The standard pricing policy is not applicable for an increase in the total fee paid by the client to First Aid Council of India (FACI) due to increase in government fee or fee incurred by the client for completion of legal documentation or re-filing of forms with the government due to rejection or resubmission. We are not responsible or liable for any other cost incurred by the client related to the completion of the service. It is possible that prices on the website may be incorrectly quoted; accordingly, we will verify prices as part of our sale procedures so that the correct price will be notified to you before the contract comes into force.

Cancellation Policy

If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your courses, we requesting you to contact your respective university /universities if your university agree only in that circumstance we will cheerfully issue a refund. Since we’re incurring costs and dedicating time, manpower, technology resources and effort to your service or document registration for particular course. Before processing any refund, proper mail from university id required and cancellation fee of depend as per the universities norms no refund in case of mid-session and end of session. However the university decision will be the final call .

In case you require us to hold the processing of a admission, once admission registration done, the respective university will take any decision.

Change of courses

If you want to change the courses/ services you ordered for a different one, you must request this change of courses/ services via mail to us along with your respective university.

Force Majeure

The FACI shall not be liable for failure to perform, nor be deemed to be in default under this policy for any delay due to an act of god or any unavoidable circumstances. Unavoidable grounds can be termed as storm, flood, terrorism, natural calamities, riot, lockdown, blockade, acts of war, or power failure and other natural pandemic situations that are out of control from the human beings. During this the committed time can be extended.

Refund Policy

Information centre fee/Membership fee will be not refunded in any circumstance.
Student will grant refund subject to university norms if required faci is not responsible in any circumstances
Every course offered by us takes different course of action to get accomplished from start to end thus refund policy differs from one course to other subject to university norms.
There is always a certain set of resources that are involved in achieving every milestone of a campaign. Thus, a refund would not be entertained for the work already completed. In short, processing fees, payment gateway charges, admin fees, and cost of resources for the work done till date will be deducted. Refund cannot be provided for earned fee because resources and man hours spent on delivering the service are non-returnable in nature.
No refund is possible for the fee paid in the form of administrative fees.
Taxes paid levied by regulatory bodies would not be refunded with fee refund. Further, we can’t refund or credit any money paid to government entities, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties with a role in processing your order.
No refund will be entertained in case service gets canceled due to any violation of terms stated in our Terms & Condition section.
First Aid Council of India (FACI) is not liable to pay refund if delay or service disruption happens due to third party involvement.

Refund Request

Refund request can be initiated through info@faci.ind.in. All refund requests can be made at limited point of time subject to university norms. We will process your request within 30 business days of receiving all the information required for processing refund like reason for refund, bank details for processing request, etc.
